Review: I was told that I would NOT be receiving a refund for half a month of rent even though I submitted my 30-day notice to vacate. My original request to vacate was Aril 2nd. I then extended through the end of May but ended up vacating on May 15th. This is still well within my 30-day notice requirement. I turned keys in and signed paperwork to officially be out on May 15th. I am now being told that since I extended my request through the end of May, the full amount of rent will be charged without a refund for the rest of the month. I was in contact with their secretary by phone with my status to vacate sooner than the end of May and was reassurge that the rent would be prorated. I have attempted to contact their office numerous times to speak with someone who can help me, but I've been put into repeated voicemails and have been passed off to others who continue to just pass me off to others.Desired Settlement: I fullfilled my requirements to vacate with a 30-day notice. I signed the appropriate documentation and physically submitted keys to their office on May 15th. I would like the prorated rent refunded to me.
