On my behalf, ***, Sales Manager at BookMyRooms, LLC , to reserve three (3) rooms at the ***The reservation was for October 29, - November 1, The total cost for this reservation was $2,On Sept 14, 2015, I contacted Kenny *** and Mindi *** requesting to cancel my reservationOn Sept 17, 2015, I received an email from Mindi confirming my reservation had been cancelled, along with an invoice of the total to be refunded to my *** accountMindi states the refund will be issued within daysIn Nov 2015, my refund had not yet been issued so I try to contact Mindi and Kenny on multiple occasions for a status on the refund, no responseI finally get ahold of Paul *** on Dec 8, 2015, who confirms that I am due a refund and that it is at the "top of his priority list." According to the BookMyRooms, LLC contract, my re
