Coldwater Creek

I have been waiting over 30 days for a refund of a return I sent on ***. Called on ***, *** and *** about it and no resolution
I sent my order #*** back on *** (received the order ***) so well within their return policy timeframe, along with another separate small order in a separate package. I received a credit of the small order of $*** but am still waiting on my $***+ credit. Spent over an hour on the phone with Coldwater on *** (as they request a 14 day wait period before you ask questions about your return) and they finally said they would credit me - spoke with ***. I called on the *** as I checked with my credit card company and no refund was there. I was told by a lady, whom I do not remember her name, that she saw the refund to be credited to me but it would take 3 to 5 business days. It is now another another 13 days since my 1st call and still no return of my money! I called again today and no one knows what I am talking about. Had to start all over, have spent most of my day trying to get my $***+ that is due to me. No resolution. They have been making interest on my money for over a month and it is unacceptable that they will not return it to me. I returned their product undamaged.
