I talked with Mark M[redacted], the General Manager of Cold Lake Ford to discuss my issue with his company on August 18, 2015. He had just gotten back from vacation and was not aware of the situation. I told him the whole story and he told me he would look into and get back to me. Mark did call us back and told us he would run a diagnostic with his head mechanic and call us back again. Mark called and told me it was a seized U-joint in the front drive shaft. He would order the part and install it for free. Mark also got his mechanic to take off the front drive shaft so we would have transportation. I picked up the [redacted] on August 20, and Mark assured us that we could drive the [redacted] safely until the part was put in. I was able to bring the [redacted] back on August 29 for the repair. Mark called us 2 hours later and told us it was indeed the transfer case that was damaged. Mark told us to come in on August 31 to discuss the [redacted]. When we met, both parties agreed Mark would find a replacement/trade for the [redacted](of equal value), which as to date he is still looking...We are keeping in contact with him...We are very satisfied with Mark with the way he is trying to rectify the situation. But we do not want to close this file yet, until Mark finds us a replacement/trade of the [redacted],which he assured us he will.
