When my furnace failed through one of the coldest nights this winter, I contacted Colbert heating and cooling at 3amJoe told me how to keep warm and gave me his ETAHe was there on time, found the problem and gave me my choicesJoe made a special effort to repair my broken furnace as quickly as possibleI am forever grateful, having spent a very cold night in the house :) I would recommend this business to anyone who needs furnace service or repair

I was purchasing a maintenance package for my AC and furnace. When the gentleman (Joe) came he discovered my AC was frozen solid and advised me to shut it down immediately and he would return the next day to diagnose the problem. Luckily we were not in the midst of a heatwave at the time as I'm asthmatic and need the AC. He returned the next day, twice actually, because I wasn't home when he initially arrived. He got my AC going again and also did the maintenance required to keep it operating smoothly. Although my system is old he didn't attempt to pressure me into updating to a newer system which wouldn't be in my budget at this time. Being a single, female senior I need to be vigilant about rip off artists that target people in my position. I feel confident that I was treated fairly and honestly and will definitely continue to deal with this company in the future for all my heating and cooling services.
