We had a window installed along with our new roof. The handle was not included in the window kit. We were told that the handle would be ordered. When I followed up on the handle I was told that it had come in and that he had forgotten to put it in the mail but would get it out that week. I have emailed multiple times to find out when we could expect out handle, but have not received any response. We had our roof and window done in June and 8 months later I still do not have my window handle.

We had initially withheld final payment until the job was finished and we received our handle. The owner was rude on the phone with my husband demanding his money. When everything except the handle was completed, my husband trusted that we would receive the handle as promised. This never happened.

We also had other issues during construction. With rain the the forecast, the workers didn't properly secure the construction and we received a lot of water in many parts of the house that we had to deal with so as not to cause water damage throughout the house.
