As we have already explained to Ms. [redacted], the head rail is fabric. We did our best to try and remove the black finger prints/smug marks that were pre-existing but where we were not entirely successful, we are not charging Ms. [redacted] for the...

cleaning. There were no visible snags in the blinds and, the raised bumps are indicative of the type of fabric of the head rail, meaning, they are uniform and consistent with the entire head rail. COIT is not willing to replace these blinds as there was no damage caused by our cleaning. In addition, these blinds were purchased back in 2007.

Very interesting as to the 12/7 date, as Ms. [redacted], General Manager, informed me she is returning the shades on 12/1, and will only waive the $140 cleaning fee, due to the mess they made in an attempt to clean. I emailed to her various photos and in summation 2 "comparison" photos, i.e., when the shades were picked-up for cleaning, and the first time returned to me w/ damage (which I sent back). Of course, they were sent back a second time when they "smeared" the prints in an attempt to clean. I also reiterated their mission statement on the back of their invoice, which she is not adhering to. She's out-of-the-office and has not responded to the 2 comparison photos.
