Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below They are totally lying to me, I never said I only stayed hour and minutes, I was there almost hours Secondly they never tried to settle this, I never spoke to the man, only the lady who indicated they leave early a lot when there is nobody there, and even said on Halloween they closed at 4:so they could get trick or treatersWhen I spoke to the lady in the laundrymat, there was nobody else in there except one man in the back of the store The lady stated you wash and dry at your own risk and there was nothing they could doShe called me after my 3rd message and told me to come in, this was Halloween Day, they were closed when I got there, I went the next day and the lady admitted they closed at 4:for Halloween, she further stated if nobody is there they also will close early so she can go home They are never there 7- I never stated there were no numbers on the washers and dryers, I just stated it was the first washer, and the second one over from the candy machine for the dryer They had no paper available to right on, and I had none in my purse, so by the time I got home, I could not recall the numbers on the machines I waited around an additional hour that day for someone to come in with no results Went back the next day twice, and nobody was thereThe cage was locked up I have used the dryers before and quarters did not dry the towels and blankets, that is why I put in there clothes do dry a lot faster, but not heavy towels and comforters which is what I was washing and drying that day The $ [redacted] was not counterfeit, I got the change from the bank, and I am sure they give out "REAL" money I tried to talk to the lady nicely, SHE YELLED AT ME, CALLED ME A LIAR, and further stated to get out, and then she never called me to come in They are complete liars, I did not threatened the lady, never talked to the man, and did not receive a phone call stating the offer of a free wash Regards, [redacted]

This facility is in a small strip mall My wife is disabled and I used the mall disabled parking so we could eat at the Mexican food place in same complex A woman comes out screaming at us and point at my truck telling me I can not park there I try to tell her my wife was handicap but she kept yelling I had to leave due to the scene she was causing! I am appalled by this woman's behavior toward disabled

Next she stated that there is no number on the machine and
this is also inaccurateThis and all the machines have numbers in
the upper left comerSo this machine is number
Next she stated that she put the money in the washer and it did
not workWe are haveing a hard time believing this being that we
have not had one problem with this maching before or after this
complantOn the front of the machine is a display that as you put the
money in it counts down as each coin is put inMy question is what did
she mean that it did not start? Thus far no problemThe only
things that could prevent this machine from starting is not properly
closing the door or a total loss of powerSo if the display counted
down the coins inserted and there was no total loss of power the
there should not be a problem
Next subject is the dryerShe stated that she placed coins in
the machine and it did no heatShe stated she did this in the past
Well I question this because our regurlars never put in this amount
becuase these machines are some of the hottest dryers in the area
and a load only takes three coins on an averageMy question
in why did ahe put that many inNormaly people put one in to see if it
worksI am haveing a hard time beliveing that she has done this in
the pastAlso as with the washer the dryer thus far is running with no
problems
Next subject is the change machineShe stated she placed a
$*** bill in the machine and recieved no changeWe are haveing a
hard time beliveing this as wellThe only time that the change
machine will take a bill and not despence the money is if it senses
that the bill is counterfitIt will take the bill and then place the
machine out of service and will have to be opened and resetIn this
situation the computer will have a read out on the display stating
"BILL HELD"This date that she stated the machine was not out of
serviceAlso every night we collect the money we get the read out
from the computer witch states how many ones and five dollor bills
were acepted and how many coins were despenced and we allways
make sure there is no decrepancyThis is wittnessed by our security
company every night
Now our side of the storyShe stated that she had all these
problems in our place and could not get a hold of usI have a hard
time believing this because we are allways here every morning from
7-and come back in the afternoon around and then come back
Sto on till closeing at So if she really wanted to see us she did
not put alot of effort into it
She stated that she left a message on our answering machine
This is true and that is were we had our first encounter with herWe
called her and asked what happened and all she said is she wanted
her money backWe still asked once again if she could calm down
and explain what happened or if she could come over and talk to us
Thats when she hung up on usSo finely she came in on a Saturday
morning demanding her money back and once again my wife asked
her to please explain what happened so we can have things checked
out just in caseShe was very rude to my wife and did not seem to
care to tell my wife what happened but just wanted the money back
with no explanionThis was witnessed by several customers that
morningSo after belittleing my wife in front of everyone she stated
she was reporting us to the Revdex.com
What is intresting to me is how the story increased from just a
washer and dryer problem when she talked to us (what little she did)
to also include the change machine.After the phone call she hung up
on we were still willing to work with her and give her a free wash next
time she comes in to hopefully make her feel betterWe dont
normaly give refunds but instead free washes and drysWe have
learned alot of lessons about refundsThis is what makes us believe
that she is not a regular customer but instead someone who is new
to the place and is trying to take atavange of usWe feel that she is
trying to force our hand by useing the Revdex.com to do something we donot
feel comfortable doingWe donot feel confortable doing bussiness
with her and are refuseing her service here anymoreAs for as a
refund, the answere is noThe way she describde things happening

This is the worst experience I have ever hadThe owners don't care at all about the customers that use their servicesThey close early, without warning, and will lock your clothes in overnightThis has happened to me a couple of times, the first time I had tried to ask them nicely to give forewarning so my clothes would not suffer due to their lack of attendance to their businessHowever, the second time I told them I would never take my business there againThe owner was calling me names, calling me a "*** head," among other names he had saidNEVER use their service

That was certainly not the first time I had used that coin laundry and the owner knows it. he is lying to you and the public. Also I did not ask to use the restroom a second time. IMy wife asked to use the restroom for the very first time. Again The owner knows myself and my wife as we had been doing laundry at his coin laundry for the past months. Further more he always sees me with my Marine Corps cap on. Again he was extremely rude and offffensive. I would like a $refund at least for the money we have spent there for at least the past month. Further, I feel he should lose his business license. He has lost our business as well as the business of all of our friends as well

Review: I asked an attendant at this business why they are advertising with a big sign outside a wash for a certain amount of money, while they charge inside more. She said she's not the owner. When asked how long that MISSREPRESENTING SIGN is been there on the window, she responded: "more than a year".Desired Settlement: I've lost about $6.00 . But most important: Call them or visit them, so they can fix the problem and stop CHEATING ON THE COMMUNITY. You probably will have to legally warn them with future fines. THANKS.

Review: My wife and I have frequented this Coin Laundry at least twice a week for the past 5 months. The owner does not give refunds; even though his machines hardly ever work all the way through. We go there because we don't have a car right now and it is within walking distance. He is very rude to every customer that has ever been in the Laundry with us. We went to do some Laundry on August 25,2014 at approx 7:30 P.M. He has a restroom in the Laundry for customers. I told him I needed to use the restroom. He very reluctentley used a key to open the restroom and walked away. The restroom did not open. I had to go back and tell him this. After arguing with me for ten minutes, he gave me a token and I used the restroom. My wife very badly had to use the restroom after me. I again went to him for a token. He refused to give me a token to use for my wife stating that the restroom is not for the public. I reminded him that we weren't the public. We were paying customers of his business. After telling him for 15 minutes, that he sees us in his Laundry business at least once or twice a week and spend about $20.00 each week. He still refused to give me a token for my wife. My wife had to leave our laundry and go across the street to a fast food resturant. I said us and every friend of ours that we could tell would never use his laundry again. To make matters worse and to spite us, he gave out water bottles to every customer but us. He also later gave a teenage boy a token to use the restroom. Review: I visited the Coin Laundry on 10/28/2014. I was there from 1:00 p.m. - 2:10 p.m. I used the first dryer to the right (The 6 load) (no number), I inserted the $[redacted] requested in quarters, the machine did not start, so I lost that amount of money. There were no cards available to fill out to request a refund, and the person manning the place was not around. Then it was time to dry. I lost another 6 quarters I put in the dryer 3rd from the candy machine (left side). 1 quarter - 10 minutes, I knew this was not long enough so I inserted 6 for 1 hour (i have done this in the past) - the dryer did not heat up, even on high heat. I then put a $* bill in the change machine (it accepts $* and $*) - I did not receive any quarters.I tried contacting the place that day, the 29th, 30th and today. Left several messages on their voice mail, no return call, I also drove by there several times each day trying to catch someone, with no luck. I am requesting a refund of the money lost. Review: Business hours are posted 7 am to 10pm I was refused services because she says they close at 9pm. The sign also says your last load of cloths has to be in the washer an hour before closeing. I arrived there at the business at 8:35. This is the second time first time I have spoken to management.Desired Settlement: Change of business hour s that are posted an web site updated thank you.
