Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
I ordered this in EARLY 2014 and it took just 2 years before I received anything. When it finally came it look sometime before I got a chance to open it. I have been emailing support about issues with the coin from the start, if you check your records. It was only after a few weeks before I just gave up on it due to the lack of reliablilty when I tried using it several times without bringing a backup option.
Sincerely,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: The claim (also from Coin's website) is this:A single Coin can help lighten your wallet by consolidating your debit cards, credit cards, gift cards, loyalty cards, and membership cards.
Its advertised purpose is to hold multiple cards, and I cannot use any of the many cards in my wallet because of the issues described in my complaint. Not one. So, it does not work as advertised. Please issue a refund and I'm happy to send the unit back.Sincerely,
[redacted]
This has been addressed as of today, 5/24. We are awaiting a response on where to ship a replacement.
Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: That is the current return policy. I don't remember there being a return policy 2 and a half year ago when it was on pre-order. What I remember was that customer satisfaction was supposed to be a priority.
Sincerely,[redacted]
