Have not gone to my institution yet that was my next step all I've contacted is *** who I paid through and I opened a claim with them and then the claim that I open with you guys so my next step will be going to my credit Institution and file for a chargeback

signs of a scammer customer in our industry. They make a higher dollar purchase, make a lot of threats to quickly get it out while not responding, then file a chargeback with the credit card company after we shipped. Or they have used a stolen card number which is going to chargeback soon so they rush us when we have stated deadlines on our website. Either way, our company policy is to cancel and refund these orders like was so in this case. We further use [redacted] as a buffer, so all customers get a third party to decide the outcomes of a lot of these situations and help us with a lot of these scammer chargebacks. Not sure why he went out of his way to contact the Revdex.com as this matter has been closed to us and there is nothing we can further do as I can not verify whether he is a real customer or scammer, either way we didnt want their business.
