Due to weather delays during this time and getting behind due to recent storms at that time the customer wished to not use us . At that time asked for a refund , the material bought for this job was special order with no refunds which customer was aware of. The customer did not want the material any... longer and decided to use another company . We are working with the supplier to get a refund for customer or he can choose to take material which he does not want. At this point we have to wait for supplier to either refund material which is made by corporate or customer take delivery of material.In no way is Cohesion not wanting to satisfy the customers wants.

The client has requested a meeting with us on the 9th to discuss a resolution

I am rejecting this response because: He didn't have the credit so I wrote him a check to cover the shingles. He has not provided the shingles or my money back. I have bent over backwards just to get anything done by this company, I have not used another company because he still has either my material or Insurance money. If cohesion is so set on satisfying their customer why doesn't he answer my calls or texts. I have noticed this company still has an A+ rating on Revdex.com and I don't understand why.Just either give me the money or shingles its that simple. He stated that the supplier sold them to another job. One excuse after another. Not trustworthy at all and I hope nobody else has to go through this headache.Thanks for anything you can do I am hoping to get this resolved soon.
