Review: I went to Cohen's for a contact and glasses prescription. I need a copy of my contact prescription to purchase contact lenses. I have been trying to contact them for over two weeks. All of the numbers are disconnected. I reached out to their corporate office and they were finally able to obtain a copy of my prescription. When I received, the prescription was written incorrectly by the doctor. I NEED them to purchase my lenses and I cannot get a hold of anyone to get the proper prescription.Desired Settlement: I want a complete refund for services so I can go to another doctor and get the proper prescription.

I want them to also overnight be a pair of contact lenses so I can see until I can go to another doctor.
