Good morning,My issue with Cohen-Esrey has subsided some, as they deducted the costs of the locksmith and my personal lost of wages from March's rentHowever, I have yet to receive an apology from the maintenance worker from both situationsI also believe some type of courtesy can be extended or offered out of kindness from Cohen-EsreyI'm also still living here at [redacted] ***, so I'm concerned that this may happen againI am uncomfortable knowing that Krista (the Assistant manager in the leasing office) will be rude and confrontational if I go to her for any type of issueAs a year tenant, who pays on time every month, I expect to be treated with some type of respectThank you, [redacted]
