I do not take the monies from customers and order a stone after the death.  The stone was placed there on her future grave space within six weeks of her payment.  I do not have any control of Trinity Cedar Grove Cemetery. They have a board of directors to run the cemetery. They have a set of rules in place for each of the land owners with the right to inter. Ms. [redacted] even recalled seeing the stone when she come in to tell me the stone was missing from her burial space. I have to call the cemetery with every question that I would have about the grave spaces, therefore I have no responsibly for the stone after it was placed on the grave space and the customer was satisfied, Ms. [redacted] is not the kind of business person that would let 350.00 be spent without knowing where and how it was spent. She was happy with her stone at the time of setting. I will offer to help Ms. [redacted] order another at cost from the supplier. I am sorry her stone has gone missing.  The cemetery has had its share of destruction and theft over the years.  The cemetery is an open cemetery and the public is allowed at all hours into the cemetery.Attached is the rules for Trinity Cedar Grove Cemetery that the association has posted upon entering the grounds.Sincerely,[redacted]
