I made a reservation for May with coffeebreak tours for Amish Tour trip I paid in full w.ith my credit card over the phone I also paid for the insurance so in case I could not go my fee would be refunded Unfortunately I became very sick resulting in a week long hospital stayI called letting them know I could not go expecting my refund to be forthcoming I have been in contact with them via phone on two separate occassions concerning this matter to no availThey assure me it is forthcoming but I have received nothing to date I need my refund I hope you can help me Thank you Sincerely ***
