A full refund of $70 was issued. We had internal communication issues with one of our directors and has since been resolved.

Review: I signed our son up for the Coerver Cal Northeast First Skills Academy that met every Wednesday from July 9 - August 13 at Bahnfleth Park in Sacramento. Unfortunately, due to some unforeseen circumstances he was only able to attend 2 of the 6 sessions. We found out after we had already signed up for the First Skills Academy that Land Park Soccer scheduled his practice at the exact same time as the academy, so he had to miss several classes. I called Coerver Cal Northeast and asked if we could get a credit for a future training for these missed classes. I was told I should email [redacted] with my request. So I sent an email on August 17th, and got no response. I sent another email on September 1st and got no response. I sent one last email on September 14th and still go no response. So I am filing this complaint. Best,Desired Settlement: Would like a credit for four training classes in the future, and the courtesy of a response.
