I was very disappointed with the serviceI would never use them again or recommend them to anyoneI was told I would receive the service about month after I had the estimate doneThey came months later with very poor communication about the delayThey then did not do everything they were supposed to doI complained and they came back out and agreed the service was not completed and they would come back and complete it which they never did until after I complained againI received a reminder about my invoice months later which I called back and said I would not pay the whole thingThe service was then completed but no communication about it - One day I just noticed it was done, then I received a invoice again

They were to top trees and cut one tree down in the fall 2015, this was doneBut they said it was best to wait till the spring and they would return and poison the stump and cut it closer to the groundI have email times asking when they would complete the work and phone twicethe reply was they would send Jeff on May late morningThey never came or emailed or phonedI sent an email on May and said I wished they would come and finish the jobI paid $and paid then in fullSo far they have not contacted me when they would come and poison the stump and cut the stump closer to the groundThis is my last resort
