I was experiencing leak issues with a roof on a triple decker in Worcester. My chimney contractor told me it was a roof issue, and that he couldn't do any more for me to help stop the leaks.

Kevin went out to the property, called me while on the roof, walked me through what the issues were, and even sent me pictures of areas that needed to be addressed. He was very candid and honest, telling me that the roof is not the issue, and I still have some life left with it.

Very easy to coordinate with, honest, and I look forward to working with him at some point in the future.
