We enrolled our daughter for a trial month, but they charged us for 5 extra months from May 2019 to October 2019, $200 each month. They have been promising us that they will issue refund and have not done so, and now they are saying that there is no way to refund. I need my money refunded back. They are being nasty and not treating us well since we ended up enrolling at a different location which is closer to us.
