Review: I was told verbally and in writing (multiple times) I would receive a full refund for a day that the service was not used by both the secretary and the owner. However, the owner will not confirm or deny that she has issued the refund and instead engages in written unprofessional derogatory communications.Desired Settlement: To receive my credit in full.

The consumer has been told multiple times that her credit has been issued. The consumer need only call her credit card company to confirm this fact. We told her that her credit card company was the appropriate agency to contact. We are puzzled by the fact that the consumer continues to contact us when she can easily confirm that the credit was issued ,over a month ago, with her credit card company. It has been over a month since we have heard from her and since her credit was issued. The client did not wish to abide by our terms and conditions, after she signed and agreed to them. We have told the client that since she cannot abide by our terms and conditions we do not wish to do business with her and do not wish to be contacted by her any further. The continued contact and false allegations are very troubling.
