First of all the email address to which you have been sending correspondence is my personal email not my business email.  Please change your records to show my correct email as ed@[redacted]  Until I received a phone message from your office saying that you were once again...

mailing this complaint, I kept looking for it on my business email and it never came.  The next day I found it as a SPAM in my personal email.  Secondly, because this involves a regulatory issue, I have forwarded it to the [redacted] Compliance Department.  I will not be able to respond until they give me permission or they respond directly.
