Went in for an appointment with One of the designers to design a dress for my niece's Quinceañero ( sweet 15) we were treated very rudely not just by the staff but also the designer himself. We had this appointment over two months and were expecting a replica to measure to make sure that everything was done right. Upon arrival we were told that they had no information as far as what the dress was supposed to be like realizing that we spoke little English they began to whisper amongst themselves then we were asked what our budget was, once we give them the budget we were told that the designer doesn't make anything less then $1000 more than what our budget was... During this we were told very rudely to move to the side because a bride was coming through... We then told them that when we set the appointment we had already told them what our budget was and nobody said anything about what his minimum requirement was. They then decided to blame an employee that supposedly hasn't been working there for a month. We asked for a manager but were never able to speak to one. We left with nothing not even an apology... In overall we were treated very rudely and would not recommend the services to anyone, don't spend your money there somewhere else they are nicer people who deserve your money more .
