We did not give him video for a couple of reasons 1- The sunglasses were not even his They were some that his friends “supposedly” left2- We did not have video of the dining room where they were “supposedly” left I was told that the only area that had video surveillance was the cashiers area We explained that the owners of the glasses could file a report but that they would have to do it and he could not do it on their behalf Unfortunately, no matter who filed the report, we don’t have video footage to give them Sincerely, [redacted] Executive Assistant Food Management Partners Inc [redacted] *** [redacted] *** [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Indeed, my friend did leave his sunglasses in the dining area I was told that my friend, who was on vacation from Mexico, had to file the report in person at the restaurant I went with him to the restaurant to address the issue We were told to come back when [redacted] was there My friend had to fly back to Mexico It really was not economically feasible for him to fly back to the US for this I am an attorney My CA bar number is [redacted] So, yes I am representing him I filed the report in person with [redacted] and [redacted] BOTH of them told me that the video was retained, but I was not allowed to view it I was told to call [redacted] and hence began this ridiculous circus to get a straight answer I still have not seen the video as requested and I do not appreciate the insinuation that the glasses were "supposedly" left there I want to see the video and I would appreciate some professionalism from you and your company I look forward to hearing from you Regards, [redacted] [redacted] ***
