Horrible Company. If I could give this company negative stars I would. The fact that the owner was caught cheating a customer that was using him as a property manager. Replacing appliances with used ones but charging the owners with new parts, charging the home owner with property landscaping management when the tenants took care of the landscaping. Not answering calls when tenants needed emergency help.

Mike has been the property manager for a few years and we will not miss him. First his accounting was atrocious and you would need a team to read his records since thye would change and have errors on every statement. He would have rules and architecture rules put in the HOA covenant without the board or members voting. He would go after people for collection for $750 owed and charge them $800 more for the league fees to try to collect. He would also gold checks until after the due date and send out late notifications. He never had a balanced buget and wrote them as 100% collection was normal. We never had a budget that was not in the negative. When asked for records by the newly elected board he stated they where in storage and never turned over all the records untill he was removed from the job and the new company took over.
