Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
Dear Revdex.com, Dear ***,
I thank you for your work on this matter.
Cobblestone and I started off wellAnd I let them know along the way when they were working greatBut, I have been very frustrated and upset that Cobblestone, for months now, has not only been negligent in their handling of our property, but, that they do not listen to me or take responsibility for their infractions
If my NEIGHBORS of over years on our little lane
-who have known our family and have a vested interest in our property-had not alerted me to the fact that our LAWN AND TREES (planted in 1960!) were DYING we probably would have LOST those treasures
I found out later that-although the TENANT signed a contract knowing he was RESPONSIBLE for all of the landscaping care-Cobblestone told him “OK” when he refused to water and care for the landscape.
(*Please see 1st ATTACHMENT: email between Tenant and Cobblestone dated April 27, 2016.)
When I contacted Cobblestone about the landscaping & yard neglect, they did seem to finally work on the landscapingHOWEVER, I WAS LEFT OUT OF THE LOOP FOR MONTHS while even that was being done.
Cobblestone has sent you ‘piles’ of texts, exhibits, etctrying to BURY
the fact that THEY NEGLECTED our property, did NOT communicate
significant information to me along the way, and is trying to charge me for THEIR NEGLIGENCE
I lost my trust in them, also, when I began discovering that things they were telling me were untrue ie., that they [1]“had the locks changed” (because I asked them to) when, in fact, they had not!, [2]that they were inspecting the house per contract
(when they finally admitted their Inspector was simply "driving by the house”)-as my neighbors reported,[3] that they had an appointment swith tenant so that I personally could look over our property, which they had not done when I arrived in BoiseRick H***, one of Cobblestone's Owners agreed with me and promisthe time of initial contract signing -that Cobblestone would contact me PRIOR to evey & any job that needed to be done on our propertyWhen in Boise I found out that Rick had a pipe ‘repaired?’ and a spigot disabled without ANY NOTIFICATION to meI WAS MISLED on a number of occasions by Cobblestone.
At this point, I am asking that they pay me $2,as itemized
(*Please see 2nd ATTACHMENT.)
I am not askithis time-for funds to cover the EMERGENCY VISIT I had to make from Kentucky to Idaho the first week of July which also cost me LOSS of INCOME from my job in order to determine what actually was going on with our property
Please help me recover at least the bare minimum ($2,006.81)of what is owed to meThe lack of managing the property-which I have been paying Cobblestone to do-and the misleading me has caused me great angst from afar
Again, I appreciate your time and energy spent on this matter
Respectfully,
*** ***Sincerely,*** ***

[redacted],        Cobblestone feels that with our heavy documentation and the personal handling of your account no money is owed to you.  Everything collected has been paid to you accordingly.  A refund in the amount of $93.43 (Owner Charges) and $83.86 has been refunded to you per your request. Furthermore, we are sincerely sorry that your irrigation water was not on and functioning, that is out of our hands and an owner responsibility.     We have done our due diligence and have quickly responded to all of your concerns with supporting documentation to all claims.  We have gone through an entire ream of paper and have used countless hours of valuable time in providing you facts that clearly indicate that Cobblestone cautiously managed your property. Moreover, it is our desire to come to an immediate resolution and close this matter.      Moving forward to the matter at hand, we are sending you a check for the amount of $776.25 which is the claimed amount owed,  per your last response.  Best of Luck,

To:  Cobblestone
       Joyce
I am glad that you are sending the
check for $776.25 to me.
I too have spent hours and hours of time
and much energy & money and some angst
dealing with this situation.
I still do not feel that you have looked
at this from my viewpoint...but, instead-
as I said before-tried to bury it under
'reams of paper/documentation'.
To reiterate, I asked Cobblestone to remind
Mr. [redacted] that he would have to hand water
at times while caring for the property lawn
and vegetation. When he replied, 'No'
and Cobblestone responded with "OK"
a whole cascade of problems ensued.
I really just wanted Cobblestone to take
responsibility for these actions and for the
costs incurred from these actions. And I wanted
to be told the truth. I hope that
the business will look at what happened
as helpful input.
Good luck to you, also.

Cobblestone started managing the property at [redacted] on November 9, 2015. We did all the work to get the property rent ready, and had the property rented on November 25, 2015.  The tenant signed a lease that ended June 30, 2016. However the tenant moved out the first week of June and did...

not pay June's rent. The owner had their own sprinkler company to turn on the sprinklers. Cobblestone did not neglect the trees or lawn. We tried everyway possible to get the sprinklers running, we even set up sprinklers for manual watering, because the irrigation water was off. See all the attachments showing all the emails back and forth from the irrigation people to the owner and all the texts back and forth from us to our sprinkler guys. We fail to see how this is our fault. We did notify the tenant about his lawn several times, thus the reason he moved out early. He said we were harassing him about the lawn. He is disputing most of the move out charges we charged him. Also please see a picture of the trees in the documentation attached, showing the trees were not dead. The irrigation people told her in an email that the lawn was not dead but dormant. Please see attached owner statement and tenant ledger. The owner was paid the deposit and all the tenants expenses were taken out of it. The owner is not being charged for any of it. The owner has been paid all rent the tenant has paid Cobblestone, with the exception of August rent, which the tenant paid directly to the owner. All emails and correspondence have been responded to. Please review all attached documents including emails, owner statement, tenant ledger, all irrigation sprinkler issues out of Cobblestone's control. [redacted]Please see attached[redacted]
