Cobblestone Landing Apartments

I moved into cobblestone based on the apt being income basedThe cap off was which I was told rent would not exceed this amountmy last renewal(Due July but didn't get processed and new lease signed until October 2017, which they always sa end a letter after I've signed my lease stating I've been under paying and forcertainly me to pay extra monies on my resume rent which is another story in itself) I was offered a 3,6,or month lease option and I choose the month due to moving arrangements at the end of school year (lease ends date may 31)I wasn't able to move at date selected so I spoke with property manager ( [redacted] ) about rent price and she explained it would go from (which I was paying bdrm started at increased to cap off 999) to although was the max cap off I agreed to and she said she'would send my recertification info by the end of the week April I recieved a letter April offering me a 6/month lease at 1077'??? I'm baff
