Review: Paid Cobblestay a $2,036 deposit for a two week rental of a [redacted] apartment for the period April 16/30, 2015. Went to pay the remainder due and Cobblestay does not to repeated phone calls or to e-mails. Cobblestay's phone has "no room to record messages." Last contact with a human was on March 2 and March 4, an answering service that took a message and said "the offices were under renovation."Desired Settlement: Want my deposit back, paid through [redacted].

we have booked an apartment in paris and paid for half and now they do not return our calls and their phone is disconnected.

If you are planning a trip to Paris, DO NOT EVER book with this company! Cobblestay.com will just take your money and run! They are horrible! Frankly they have no customer service skills what so ever. They DO NOT respond to emails or call you back when they say they will. They will take your money and refuse to give you a refund or even a credit for later use! Buyer beware with them! I learned my lesson booking with them, I had a family emergency and had to either cancel or postpone my trip… cobblestay.com basically just took my money with no reply about cancelling or re-booking. They don't know how to run a business, and I would fear staying at one of their places, what if something goes wrong? They are unresponsive and could care less about you after they have been paid. JUST HORRIBLE!
