I am rejecting this response because: I have made countless attempts to resolve this matter and to date nothing has been doneI spoke to my attorney on 6/30/He indicated he and the title company would work on this issue togetherHe also indicated he would CC me on all the emailsHowever, I have not received any emailsTherefore I have reason to believe nothing has been doneI made all parties aware of this ongoing problem on 05/26/yet nothing was doneIt is not reasonable for me to believe that something will be done if I accept the response from the title companyI will not accept any response other than the fact the I will no longer be required to pay an assessment fee, which I did not incurI also expect for the management company to be informed that I am due a refund for the two months of the assessment fee that I paid at the time of closing as well as the month of July 2017.

Customer closed on purchasing a condominium. She was represented by an attorney. An addendum to the contract was drawn after the original contract was signed, which was not provided to us. The addendum provided for the seller to pay a 9,100.00 capital assessment. Without the addendum, we had no way...

of knowing of the assessment. In fact, the statement we received from the association did not include the 9,100.00. We only found out about this well after the closing. We have been, and are continuing to work with [redacted] attorney to get the 9,100.00 from the seller.
