Coastal San Diego Vacation Rentals

Review: 7 days before my arrival date and after sending in the signed rental agreement and purchasing airline tickets I was told my dates were no longer available. I had faxed in the signed rental agreement and I was told in an email from [redacted] at Coastal San Diego Vacation Rentals to call her directly with the cc info for payment. She said she was traveling but to leave a message and she would get back with me to accept my credit card over the phone. After sending them my signed rental agreement, confirming my dates, I purchased 4 airline tickets. I called and left messages over the next 2 days to give my credit card as directed, leaving messages with no response from [redacted]. I emailed today to cc the owner and received a note from [redacted] that the day after I had been calling with my credit card waiting for a return call (due to her traveling) the property was rented to someone else over my dates and was now unavailable! I did as [redacted] from Coastal San Diego Vacation Rentals instructed, was told I had the rental then offered different dates after I have purchased 4 airline tickets. I then had to find another rental for my dates according to my purchased airline tickets, now 7 days away, that cost me $505.99 more than if they had honored the contract they offered and that I signed.Desired Settlement: I want to be reimbursed for the extra $505.99 I had to pay when they did not honor their contract
