I was charged $50 for trash service from the apartment and I have not used these services on days outside of Monday Wednesday and Friday as intended. This is why I am bringing this issue to you. I was told directly by the on-site staff that these charges did NOT occur due to trash bags being left outside my door but because I used the hallways trash can to dispose of pizza boxes, as I said before we did not leave trash outside our door on the mat on dates that were not trash pick up days. I cannot be charged trash valet pick up fees when I did not leave my trash out to be picked up. I assure you that the hallway trash can is used by multiple residents to dispose of trash, as trash cans are intended to be used for. Since it is not in the lease that trash cans can only be used for specific types of trash I expect that these charges will be removed. I have not violated the lease agreement in anyway by using a trash receptacles for trash, as that is their intended purpose. And since I did not leave my trash outside my door for pickup on non trash days then it is fraudulent to charge my account and I will require a refund of those charges.
