Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:When this hotel had contacted me they told me they would not accept my reservation due to the date that was reserved. The person who had contacted me told me the room was quoted to me at a price that was too low. He had told me if I want that room I need to reserve it as of January 1st 2015 at an increased rate. I was extreamly frustrated at this time but not verbally abusive and absulutly did not curse as I had my 2 year old son and 5 year old daughter by my side during the entire conversation. I did mention that fauls advertising is against Washington state law and he could be sued for that but did not ever threaten lawsuit. This company has blown the entire conversation out of context. I have worked with and worked for a lot of companies in the past in the costumer service fields and this is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with and herd of. I honestly do not know of a company that will reject customer because of there misleading advertising and non acceptance to follow through with an advertised quote. I do not find it very busness like to quote customers on things that were absolutely not said as well!Sincerely,[redacted]

We recently added a new Room to our small hotel, and when we added it to [redacted].com, their system set up the available dates for 1 year which included 4th of July weekend. This person saw the room was available and booked the room through [redacted].com. When I called him to explain we do not take...

reservations for a year out and that [redacted].com does not get any rooms over holiday weekends, he became verbally abusive on the phone and threatened me with a lawsuit. Instead of accepting the error, he cussed and made threats, so I hung up the phone.
