We recently had a complete failure of our garage door installed in 1976. We called some neighbors for a recommendation, but none had current experience. We had three companies we found to choose from and we simply chose Coastal Garage Door. I called and spoke to [redacted] who said he would be there in an hour to look at what we had. He showed up within that hour period. He stepped through the choices for styles, colors and options. He indicated he would have to have it ordered as our door was an 18' door - non-standard. He estimated it would be in his warehouse the following Friday, and would commit to installing the following Monday, but wanted to the shipment was correct before committing to the installation date. He called the next Friday and confirmed he had everything and his team would show up at 0830 Monday morning. They showed up at 0830 on Monday, and they were nothing other than a well-synchronized machine. They knew exactly what they needed to do. Everything was precisely arranged before they began. Once it was all in place they started and worked 4 hour straight w/two short breaks. They cleaned up and hauled off the old door and refuse from the new one (packaging, etc). They were professional, considerate and had a great positive attitude. I would recommend them to anyone who may need a garage door replaced. Very good group of folks.
