Review: I own a rental property. About this time last year, the Assistant manager at Coastal, [redacted], gave reference for a co-worker, [redacted] and his wife [redacted]. He then assisted them to move in and trim evergreens on the property. First month, [redacted] choose not to pay his rent, each month was more of the same. In January, my insurer required alteration to my very old wood furnace, my sole source of heat. A man that specializes in this came, made me a list, drew picture, and sent me to Coastal FOR PIPE for my wood furnace. At Coastal, [redacted] and [redacted] connected me with a free pellet stove. He, [redacted], would buy my pellets and I was to discount his rent. At his direction, I bought a ton of pellets, and had them delivered. With assistance from my neighbor, I made calls and did get what I needed, a wood stove. I then loaded that ton of pellets into my car for a return. I was treated like trash as [redacted] directed his staff to look for any flaws in those returns. This summer, birds were flying in my house, from the wood stove and pipe these men from Coastal had installed. The [redacted]'s family just moved. [redacted] again assisted. When they left, my sprinklers and irrigation water lines were gone as well. I am going to warn as many as I am able, about these two men, so no one else is lied to and stolen from.Desired Settlement: I would like the wood stove to have a barrier for wildlife, and my missing irrigation system replaced.
