what I said. I said that 90% of customers that need a duplicate either lost or misplaced their certificate. she misrepresented the trash. I do Believe that their can be a mail problem to maybe 10%. so in this case I gave a 10% discount. usually we charge $25 for a duplicate I offered it at only $15. I could not reason with this lady. all she did was scream & yell. she went all over the internet and trashed my business. I have a great reputation for 25 years. This person has a real anger problem & needs anger management, I think. she needs to get a life. I don't get many duplicate requests. if she was reasonable I would have knocked $15 off.
