Everything went smoothly with my movers until one of them ran the dolly into my brand new front door, then dinged a wall with a box springThe mover admitted he did it, and I immediately sent pics of the damage to the ownerShe sent me a few texts, assuring me those things would be repairedI contacted her several times between 09/(moving day) and now (10/23) and have been repeatedly blown offShe responded to one text, but only after I complained to her co-workerAs you can see from the texts we exchanged (attached) I was understanding when it happened and don't think I was being overly pushyI'm tired of being ignored, and I'm out of patienceI feel like filing this complaint is necessary to get results
