American Body Shop was supposed to be fixing our '04 Ford Ranger. They were only supposed to straighten the frame. After getting the run around for 6 months, we drove to Frankfort to check on our truck. In the time it was there, it was dented pretty bad on the passenger side, and my husband complained. They claimed they were going to fix it right away. 3 months later, we went there and couldn't find our truck anywhere. They said it was in storage. We told them to forget it, we're going to come and get our truck. Finally, we got the truck back with an extra dent to boot. Never take your vehicle there, they're crooked.
