Coastal Bath

Services were not complete after a deposit was given, now company will not respond to my calls and emails. This was a VA HISA project .
I contracted Coastal Bath Llc. to do a bathtub to shower conversion. The project was contracted on 3 Jan 2020. I was told that the company had some back orders due to the Christmas holidays, but that I should hear from them in 4-6 weeks when the items come in. I waited 10 weeks with no contact from Coastal Bath. I reached out to them with multiple phone calls and didn't receive any response. I finally sent an email. I did receive a answer saying that my order was coming in that Friday 13 March 2020. I contacted them again on 17 March 2020 about the status of the order and again on 19 March. I still haven't heard from them. Any suggestion?? Thanks Dan

Signed contract to replace bathtub and shower with new acrylic one on 2 Dec 2019. Called several times and they finally came and removed the old tub and shower on 2 March 2020. Workers said they would be back the following day to finish up. Been waiting since and called every day since, nothing not even a call back. Wife has limited mobility and tub is essential. Down payment of $2333.00 paid on 2 Dec 2019.
