Fridge came with a broken crisper then service rep gave the wrong size one
Been waiting over a month now! The Fridges leveling feet missing pieces, told we may have to pay serviceman to repair.My wife has had to make trips now and myself onceThe salesman has asked that he be phoned first and meet in the parking lot, what kind of protocol is that!!!

We were looking for appliances for our new home and were pleased to find a large selection of appliances at Coast, as we didn't wish to order 'sight un-seen' from a competitor who didn't have so many floor models to choose from.
The salesperson we dealt with, [redacted], was knowledgeable and patient as we reviewed each option, and even more so as we subsequently ended up changing the model of refrigerator we wanted on three occasions.
As I write this, we haven't taken delivery of the new appliances, and neither can I comment on any after sales care or warranty issues that I'm hoping wont be necessary, but as far as good customer service and choice goes, we were very happy with our experience at Coast Appliances.
