Car has transmission problems

The sales team at Coastway Auto seemed wonderful, at the beginningWe purchased a vehicle from them - all seemed great, they had the papers to show us what work was done on it as it was in a rear-end collision but they assured us that everything was in working conditionWe were allowed a test drive of about km radius with the salesman in the backseat
Within minutes of driving off the lot we discovered a loud clunking noise, the engine light came on, and the drivers seat was broken and would not lock into position and the oil was extremely low We made them aware of these issues immediately and they seemed very accommodating and concerned
However, after at least trips to the dealership the noise in the back was finally fixed (many times saying they were waiting on a piece - yet every time we went back they would tell us that they would order it that day...), and then they would continue clearing the engine light without actually fixing the problemAfter many ti
