Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The sellers insurance won't allow her to insure an rv in someone else's possesion.  I have contacted coast to coast marine and coach and they will not take back the rv.  They continue to hang up everytime I try.  The seller also has not been able to get a return phone call.   She and I have decided a joint suit against c2c is probably the only way to go.  There are no plates on the rv because they have expired and she can't get them without insurance.  Neither of us are willing to drive it plate less and without insurance.  C2c won't come get it as I have asked them numerous times.   The seller is also scared they won't make the payments as we have read numerous other complaints.  C2c seems to rent out the rv and just keep the money.   How nice

I spoke with [redacted] yesterday when I got back to work. I was recuperating from surgery to remove [redacted] due to a [redacted].

I have spoken to [redacted] and made the suggestion that the seller add him to her insurance. I haven't spoken to the seller since about 2 months ago and she hasn't called here or I would have talked to her. The only time I hung up on [redacted] is when he threatened me as I don't respond to threats. If [redacted] can be civil I will speak to him and offer options before he destroys the RV which he stated he would do. [redacted] can call AIS insurance who are familiar with our program and don't require 2 years RV experience. Their phone number is ###-###-####, Jose ext [redacted] or Victor ext [redacted]. If [redacted] wants to give the RV back, we will take it and find another buyer. If he wants to call me I can help him get the insurance.

[redacted] refund is due to be processed Friday August **, 2015. We will send him a receipt showing it was processed.

We received a refund request from [redacted] because the RV [redacted] was interested in was no longer available. I explained to him that we could search for that same type of RV for him unless we send the refund and in that case his only choice would be what we have in stock so he agreed to let us...

search for an RV for him which we have had a few. We will refund his deposit since he no longer wants an RV from our company. We will have it processed no later than Tuesday of next week.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I am disappointed that Coast to Coast has taken the stance I am bullying them into anything. When I first noted I was having troubles I sent an email to my contact, George of my initial problems and what had happened. It is rather long as I felt if I explained in full the situation they would be a little more understanding.  As stated not once did I become threatening until last week. As with my creditors, if they do not hear from me they threaten too. I am sure Coast to Coast threatens customers that are late on their payments. As I have stated, after our return to the states we were hit with one problem after the other and around the first of July, not July [redacted], I spoke to George and then spoke to Mike who said he would return my call.  I waited. Where is the bullying in that?
[redacted]

We will be releasing the refund pn Friday August **, 2015 and a receipt will be sent to him once we send it to our card processor.

[Your Answer Here]This issue has not and is not resolved, This is a re-occurring problem since January of 2012. I have every envelope with the postal date and a copy of the dated check, and only one or two of them are on or before or sent by the [redacted] of the month like the contract states. I call the company every month for my check because they fail to send it to me on time. CTOC is playing with my credit and my "grace period", I have worked hard and diligently to get the score that I have and this company has no regard for my well being at all. If they are sending out checks I want a copy of every check that I have been mail through the [redacted] that I have received and cashed and the ones that they state they have sent out and this can be done through email. And as far as the last check they have sent to me I have not received it. They mailed the check was sent on September the [redacted], and as of today, September the [redacted], I have not received the payment through the regular mail. if I do not make the payment by Monday, the [redacted] it will be considered late and they will owe me another late fee.  I do not care how the check is sent to me but according to the company they send it out every month through the regular mail and yet I don't receive them through the normal mail. I do not profit from the check being sent [redacted] but they force the issue by not mailing it to me on the [redacted]. CTOC has never taken this contract serious and I have a paper trail that this contract has been a train wreck since the beginning. I will NOT leave this this alone until I received every penny of the contract signed by them and the buyer and again I WILL NOT EXTEND THIS CONTRACT UNTIL 2017!!!!!!!!!!
Because I have not received the check for an on time payment, they need to Again send it needs over nighted so I can make my payment by Friday evening!!!!!!!

business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
While this is progress, and I do appreciate it, I can not accept this response because it only addresses one of the repairs listed, and not the rest. I have enclosed an attachment, from the repair shop the unit is currently in, which lists some of the necessary repairs. Not included in the attached quote but mentioned in the filed complaint is a missing TV and the repair of the captains chairs as well as reimbursements for services already rendered. What I submitted in the complaint was an estimated cost, as we all know, final cost may vary, wont know until all the work is completed. Looking forward to Coast 2 Coast following through with completing ALL the required repairs in a reasonable timeframe and not dragging it out for another 6-12 months. Sincerely, [redacted]

This company agreed and admitted in writing that they are wrongfully holding $5500 that they extracted from my bank account in a surreptitious way. They agreed to a refund and said that they sent $1500 dollars. That entire sum was not even sent. I want everything they keep promising to pay me. They have moved funds in and out of my bank account. Not okay. They pay some money in and then cancel the transfer just after it has been in my account long enough to show up. They might not have enough money in there own coffers to refund what they have now, effectively stolen from me. I want a full refund, the one they promised. I regret the day I ever responded to their slick emails. Do not be fooled, these guys are hardened hustlers who take money with little to no intent to deliver the services they claim to offer. Avoid doing business with them at all costs.I want the entire $5500 dollars refunded at once. They have been stringing me along with empty promises for over six months now.

Phil gave us money for an RV and we told him he would have to wait 7 days before he could see the RV and pick it up as it wasn't ready. He took it upon himself to go to where the RV was located and they place where the RV was at told him he couldn't see or get the RV. At that point he wanted his...

money back but he had signed an agreement which stated his money was not refundable but could be used toward another RV or boat. We then had four other RVs for him and again he went to see the RV before he was supposed to and he cost us a listing. We decided to refund all his money because he would call us 2 to 3 times a day. We have sent him some of his money already and we just owe him a little more which we will get to him soon. This guy has wasted much of our time for a refund which we don't have to give back to him legally but we are doing it so he doesn't waste any more of our time.

Coast  to coast is not telling the truth to you on this issue. The buyer chose the surveyor & we didn't know about any blisters or any trouble with any engine. We had taken the buyer for a ride before he signed paper with no problems at all. He never picked up the boat forfor about 5 months later.

The Stine's had their boat listed through a Broker in Wisconsin for a long time. The buyer was looking for a boat just like it and I called the broker to set up a deal on our take over payment  program which the Stines agreed to. Since they owned the boat outright we would get them 9% interest...

through the term of the deal. The buyer wanted the boat surveyed so the Broker sent him a list of surveyors that they use. The survey came back with one issue regarding one of the motors which the buyer agreed to fix. The buyer took possession of the boat and didn't get it in the water that year. The next season when he did get the boat in the water he found that the boat had many leaks which were not disclosed either with the survey or a disclosure from the Stines. The Broker who maintained the boat had fixed 3 of the 24 blisters on the hull and just painted over the other 21 blisters to cover them up. The blisters should have been disclosed according to the contract otherwise it is a default of the contract by the sellers. It will now cost thousands of dollars to make the boat sea worthy. The buyer is willing to make the repairs and make the monthly payments but he had his identity stolen and is waiting for his money to come back to him to get the payments caught up. We will not pick up the boat because the way it is we can't remarket it until the repairs are made. If the Stines want their boat back we will let them know where it is or give the buyer some time for the bank to return his money and he will get the payments caught up and get the boat repaired

The repairs needed for the RV are being taken care of by our company and I feel there is no need to be tag teamed by both husband and wife for the same thing. The parts needed have been ordered and when the job is completed we will pay the balance.

This refund is due to be taken care of within the next two weeks.

[redacted] received a little over $6,000.00 up front at the beginning of the contract which was the equivalent of 3 monthly payments. We just had the boat moved to another marina within the last month. This was done at our expense. We are actively seeking a new buyer but [redacted] wants to sell...

the boat outright which would be hard in today's economy as the boat is over 10 years old. The buyer was supposed to pay the latest monthly payment and we only had a couple of days notice that he didn't want the boat any longer. Our stance is that since [redacted] received the money up front, we will not start making the monthly payments until the money is used for the 3 monthly [payments. We are paying the other bills.

Again, the gentlemen did not have to send us $2,000.00. As well, we were told about the tag issue AFTER the fact. We had agreed to the refund and gentlemen has continued to barrage us about it, and as well claimed us of doing something we are not. "Your company policy also says they take 1000 dollar deposit not strong-armed into paying 2000 deposit or 13000.00 deposit, I was deceived in this transaction and had I been told there was an issue with the tags, I never would have agreed to running 1 penny let alone 2000 dollars, 30 days will put me into a irreversible situation and two weeks is to long, you took it out in 1 second, Coast to coast has done nothing for me so it should not tie my money up for 30 days, I am asking to get a speedy refund, before I need to hire an attorney or contact the Revdex.com."We never strong-arm people out of money. We would not be in business if we had. Nor would we have successful deals and refund issued back to people. The gentlemen is demanded we refund the money quicker than he was originally told he would get it back, and makes the processing of his refund that much harder when there is more information to collect. A Revdex.com complaint delays this process even more as we must view the complaint, respond, cross-reference what information we do, verify everything else stated, and then we may move forward from there. I urge you to let the customer know, as he was stated previously, the refund may take up to 30 Days

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I totallly disagree with Bob's comments.  He and Troy both verbally lead me to believe that I was "approved" for the RV and is the sole reason why they offered me a 1999 RV and not a newer one. Why would I travel all the way to Florida from Utah for no reason? Although we kept in contact with Bob during my travel to Florida, he kept telling me that Karen would call me with more details because he had cateracts and could not see therefore he only verified references. He told me to get on the road and that she would call me ASAP. She never  ever called. It was not until I arrived in Florida, that I was informed that more money is required down in addtion. He never told me they weren't approving me. He just told me me I needed $3000 more dollars before I would be able to get the RV. Bob has been dishonest from the beginning. After I requested my refund, he told me maybe I shouldn't be so trusting with strangers with giving up $1000 so freely. This issue will not be closed until I get my refund as Bob has not been willing to provide me with a date when they would mail it. When I called , he threatened to charge to me $25 per call that would be deducted from my refund. I spent an addtional $2000 during my stay in Florida because I had spent all I had based on Bob's false information. I need my money ASAP.
