From: [email protected] Date: Wed, Oct 19, 2016 8:12 PM To: [redacted]; Cc: Subject:Case#[redacted] On Sept 21, 2016 [redacted] was the first time I heard a complaints about backfill dirt being an issue. [redacted] stated on Sept. 21, that she wanted my company to come back out...
and move the backfill dirt to lower areas throughout her yard as well as fix a crack by her French doors. (Exhibit A) I informed [redacted] that moving backfill throughout her yard was not in her contract. [redacted]'s response was water not entering in the home from center of French doors where the weather seal needs repaired but it's entering the right side corner. I asked her to send me a photo. She sent the photo but it was photos of the left side. (Exhibit A) Showing cracks in the bricks. We informed [redacted] the EXTERIOR bricks where not included in her estimate. [redacted] got frustrated. I explained to her she had more than one water issue and until all was addressed her water issue would not be resolved. This was actually the second estimate we sent [redacted]. The first one addressed her entire problem. But being frugal she elected to only fix part of the problem. On Sept. 25, 2016 she contacted my company a gain for an estimate on her busted patio that is retaining water On Sept 26, 2016 We sent her another estimate for the patio. She verbally accepted out estimate and schedule for the work to begin. On the morning of start date she cancelled for financial reasons. So if we done such a bad job why would she rehire my company for a completely different project? Further more if you look at the contract backfill grade was quoted at $150.00. So where did she come up with $400.00? I believe [redacted] is trying to destroy the creditability of my company and has fraudently created her on cost for the job we performed. Exhibit B Contract. (Exhibit C) A new contract for additional work. Coast to Coast Nicole [redacted] [email protected] 281-223-9880
