Love Coast 2 Coast!!! Their sales people have great attitudes and were extremely helpful! They were also very honest and patient with me while answering all my questions! They told me everything I needed to know upfront, NO surprises here! Got installed last week and I am loving it! Everything went so smoothly, I got exactly what they promised and what I asked for! Highly recommended!

It seems I had a similar experience to many other "customers" of coast to coast communications. A sales rep came to my door offering me Directv at a great rate. Included in this deal was supposed to be the whole home genie system. Without ever mentioning a credit check to me they promised that they could get me a package comparable to the one I had with Comcast at about half the cost. I was stoked. When the installer showed up I was not home so my wife dealt with him. When I got home I found to my dismay that instead of the genie that was promised we had received the less than optimal HD-DVR system (which sucks compared to the Comcast X1 system). We tried unsuccessfully for 5 days to get the issues resolved. They wanted me to pay an additional $150 for what I was told I would get at no cost. Needless to say I ended up having to call Directv directly and cancelling.
