including emails and text messages that tell another storyThe client first reached out through text prior to complaint in which I did respond, They claimed I said too bad concrete cracksI did notThey placed information on a google review prior to the Revdex.com , I feel it was maliciously intended, and I've reached out in hopes to make a resolutionWe have since scored the concrete and will replace one section per our recorded conversationWe have also informed the client that this in no way guarantees any future cracking nor will will cover any future crackingYou may call any ready mix company in the metro and they will verify that concrete can not be guaranteed not to crackI am making the repairs in protest as this was talked about with the clientI will be emailing proof of the falsehoods brought against me stating that I did not replyI am disappointed in this process including the Revdex.com for not doing any investigative work on their end, I'll consider my upcoming membership as I've been in business for over years and have never have a client do such malicious posting over a natural occurrence
