They often sell item that are not as described and when you ask for a return to get your money back, they are ghost and ignore your emails despite having a contact email. I believe that it’s highly unprofessional and they need to be shut down or hire a good team but I refuse to order from this company again. I bought $100 worth of merchandise for only two items and one of them were a pair of custom shorts that did not fit despite being advertised as a “one size” fit. If you knew they weren’t going to fit everyone, let alone, be so cheaply and poorly made then why sell it for such a ridiculous price? Then on top of that, to disguise themselves, they wiped out their entire sit and rebooted it back with totally different items because all their other items were counterfeit luxury items. Scam scam scam.

I ordered a shirt from their website. According to their website categories, they offer men and women's sizing in this specific shirt. I ordered a size small in women's based on the photo on the website. They claim that the model is wearing a medium shirt and it looked quite oversized which is why I decided to go with a small. When I received the item, it was a true women's small. I emailed them and they said to kindly ship back the item (which I had to pay $8) and they will exchange it for another size. Since the small was a true small in women's, I decided to go with an XL for an oversized look. When I received the XL... it was a men's XL. I know this because I compared it to multiple men's XL. I emailed them to let them know and the only response I got was that the sizes are unisex. Their sizes are NOT unisex based on the first shirt I received. They proceeded to stop responding to my emails and I have given them over 4 business days and even sent a follow up email. This is a ridiculous and terrible business. They're a joke and only care about influencers promoting their products from PR packages that were sent. Non-existent customer service.

Their customer service is extremely frustrating... I’ve tried every possible way to get a hold of them and it is impossible. I’ve tried IG comments and DM, their website, their email(CS and Jamie) which the Jamie email is non existent, I’ve even called. I see nothing but complaints regarding their CS or people simply trying to get a hold of this company it’s absurd. All I wanted was information regarding my order which has been on pre-shipment for days regardless of me paying for expedited shipping. Wish I would’ve done better research before ordering from them because I have never experienced such amount of unprofessionalism. I spent $100 + to have 2 T-shirt’s here ON TIME and it’s not looking like that’s gonna happen. Not sure if this is a scam but this is my last resort

I have experienced the worst customer service experience with this business. This is top 1 of the worst business practices I have ever encountered. I requested a replacement order or refund based on a package that went missing after delivery. Company sent an email with tracking information two weeks before it actually shipped. Once shipped, it supposedly arrived at my address in less than 24 hours. I contacted the business numerous times and each time it took at least 48 hours before receiving a reply. When the package said it was delivered and was no where to be found and reached out the multiple times requesting a solution to my problem. Each time they brushed me off and told me to contact the carrier and file a claim. The money I spent, and the business I provided them with, was completely worthless to them. I feel completely deceived by this company. They are completely inconsiderate towards their customers and don't care as long as they have their money. And they continue to make money off people by taking advantage of them.

I placed two orders on Black Friday of 2018. Today is December 15, 2018 and I havent received anything. They havent even posted that they are behind or anything but still promoting new items. I had to email them and ask them what the hold up was and that was December 9th! I got a response stating that they were backed up on december 10th. My issue is lack of communication and the throwing it in our face with the constant advertising.

On July 9, 2018, I placed an order with this company. I received it on the Friday the 13th. On Monday July 16, I contact the company via email (no phone number listed) regarding exchanging an item and I emailed them again on Tuesday 07/17 and have yet to receive a response. I would like either a refund or an exchange. I don’t understand what is so difficult about responding to customer inquiries. My first sign should have been the fact that there is no phone number listed. I will never order from this company again.
