Coal n Terry Vintage

I am quite disappointed with Coal N Terry VintageI was very excited about their products and ordered sweatshirtsAfter weeks (business days) of no progress on my order I inquired about it and was told by customer service it would ship that daybusiness days later and the only thing made for my order was a shipping label days (business days) priorI'm sure I am not the only one this has happened to just as I am sure that there are hundreds of satisfied customers out there, but I will never support this business again Only good thing was they issued a refund within minutes of me requesting it but apparently it takes more than days to ship something

Assuming this business is just super busy at this time of the year I am having a bad experience with this companyShame on me for thinking I would receive my items by ChristmasI placed my order o December 1, 2014, spent over $(and should receive FREE PRIORITY MAIL 2-days)I guess none of this matters until they've actually shipped the packageI tried contacting someone from this company via email but have had no luck thus farThe email listed on the SHIPPING page is not longer active/availableI hope to hear from someone soonI'm disappointed because their merchandise is so cool

After 2 weeks (10 business days) of no progress on my order I inquired about it and was told by customer service it would ship that day. 2 business days later and the only thing made for my order was a shipping label 14 days (10 business days) prior. I'm sure I am not the only one this has happened to just as I am sure that there are hundreds of satisfied customers out there, but I will never support this business again.
