The woman in the office did NOT return my call on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday Late Thursday afternoon they showed up Once they picked up my trash, I mailed them a check for day's pickup with a note on the check indicating that it was final payment for their services and to cease service I also sent her a letter indicating the same thing They accepted my check and cashed it; therefore, they acknowledged the end of service and accepted payment for their job No response from them acknowledges a defect in their service

On Monday 4/20/15- she called after hours- there was message on machine that we had a truckdown and p/u would be on Tuesday. She was very nasty on her message when driver got there Tuesday there was almost 1/2 a house of stuff out there. I left a message that it would be p/u during the week. She did...
