Review: I bought a bag from Coach Men's outlet at Premium Outlet Mall in Camarillo, CA.Immediately at the first use, the bag's strap broke. A few days later I took the unused bag to the outlet and asked for either a replacement or refund. The store manager refused both and said "since you have used it, we can pnly fix it, but no replacement/refunds".Since it broke down on the first use, it means the product was faulty and had manufacturing defect, and thus I would like to be able to return and get a full refund on the bag.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back and return the bag.I requested an exchange with a non-defective product, but since the store manager refused, I would like to have a full refund.
