I successfully completed a hour point reduction course by one of their instructorsWhen I did not receive a certificate, I contacted the instructor who told me to contact themThey told me they had mailed it to me but since my form did not have an apt number (I am not sure but I think it did) they would not re-mail unless I paid them $for a reprocessing feeI told them my mail is often delivered without an apt number and I have never had an issueThey said they would not re-mail it even with out placing an apt number on itThe woman began cursing at me and said unless I paid this "fee" I was not getting anythingI called back numerous times and asked to speak with the owner and was cursed at and threatened that they have my name, number, and know where I liveThey accused me of harassing themI calmly responded that I was only asking for what I had paid forEarlier in the conversation, I told them I would pick it up as I was to be in their areaThis too was unacceptable

I purchased an online safety course for my daughter She has not been able to log on to take the course We have both called several times and the man was very rude and told us to email We then have both emailed several times and no one has responded You must complete the course within days of registration and now it has expired

I took the Defensive Driver Course with Empire Safety Council and never received the original certificateI called for another copy and was charged $which I still have not receivedI called for another copy and they want to charge another $since I missed a dash on my address and were very unprofessional and rude when communicatingI have been receiving mail at my address my whole life without needing a dashI called again to speak to another Representative and asked nicely for a copy before I file a complaint and was told to "go ahead and file a complaint"
