I contracted with them weeks ago to provide internet servicesI prepaid the installation fee of $on 4/They were supposed to come out in 3-weeksThey came out today and they said they need a "lasher" which costs $10,000, thread the fiber through the conduit, and needed to tap the line so they need get somebody else to come outThey said it could be by the end of this week or next week but nothing definiteThey previously gave me excuses about storm damage delaysThey've made appointments with me and then their representatives didn't show up

Well you go to their website and it says one set of prices for Internet service then you call to set it up and they tell you the prices are about $dollars higher because the fact that I live inside of city limitsand there is nothing that states prices may be different

Thedelay was due in part to damage from storms that diverted install crews to restore downed lines.Additionally, there were some issues with the contractor that was assigned this install that delayedthe project even further. At the time of this writing the fiber has been installed from our mainlineto their house.
