apologized and offered a complete refund. It is a long drive from my home but a few days later I was able to drive from Yukon back up to Penn Square when she was there. I showed her the broken frame that had lasted only about 4 hours. She gave me the glasses case and returned my $35. She said the young man who was so extremely rude was a seasonal employee and that he would be spoken to. It was good to get my case and refund but I was still inconvenienced and used a lot of gasoline by having to make so many trips.
